Every Memorial Day Weekend, communities gather to honor our fallen, and to celebrate the unofficial start of summer.

The Indie Wine Mixer celebrates both. The “BIG” Mixer takes place over Memorial Day Weekend over two days, and features over 40 wineries. All the small folk, hustling to establish their brand on a shoestring. These aren’t vanity projects. These are real-life, real-world people doing the hard work to create something in a bottle with a story.

It’s the most unique wine event in Oregon. Guests meet the winemakers, not a part-timer. Guests learn the origin stories and taste the wines, some of which might be the very first wines made by the winemaker. This is all about being INDIE. Selling wine out of the back of a Subaru. Signing up for farmers’ markets and pop-ups. Doing the hard work to showcase their craft.
